Invesco bought Safeway center in Kapahulu.  Safeway would lease back their space.  Would the cetera be kept as Safeway Center?  What will be next for the brand new Beratania Safeway store?

Nov. 02, 2010 A 25-year-old Honolulu man crossing Kapahulu Avenue near Kaaina Avenue was hit by a Mazda sedan rental driven by a 48-year-old California man at about 11:11 p.m. The Honolulu man was taken to Queens Medical Center with head and other injuries. Speeding, drugs or alcohol is not suspected of the driver, although alcohol and wearing dark clothing my have been a factor for the pedestrian being struck.
