Sushi rice is packed by a automated machine (yeah, no more sweaty and crampy hands for the chef) Don’t worry. you can also order whatever you want if you don’t see them coming around on the belt. Prices are by the color of the dishes and your bill is by the number of dishes you have at the end of the meal. Enjoy.
