Did anyone miss Sam Choy, Diamond Head ? Well, Sergio’s Italian Restaurant is doing a pretty good job filling in the void (since October) at the former Sam Choy’s location. Check it out. When the tiki torches are lit, dinner will be served. If you like to eat and watch the action in the kitchen, ask to be seated on the platform. Otherwise, call them early to reserve your window seats for a view of the Ala Wai Golf Course and Waikiki beyond.

Who writes this? Shouldn’t it be “lit”?
Hey Philippe, when you start your own blog that provides everyone free and valuable information, make sure you let us know so we can come check your spelling and grammar. In the meantime, we will all marvel at your infinite knowledge and wisdom. Is everyone clapping? I sure am.
To the webmaster, keep up the awesome work
Thanks Kah for your encouragement. I’m sure Philippe meant to be critical and helpful here. I have since looked up both words and I’m still a little confused. You light a fire and yet the fire is lit not lighted. Am I correct?
Who cares! Keep up the good work and maybe use grammar check now and then. Any good word on Ono Hawaiian food place?
