From the street, the sign already says there is something different about this flower shop. When you walk inside, it is even more obvious that it is not your typical flower shop. All the flowers (except tropicals) are in the cooler. Why? Explain Irene, the shop owner, flowers are like milk; they stay fresher if they are kept in the fridge. People like to buy milk that stays in the fridge, and they should think similar with flowers. Display flowers in room temperature is for the benefit of the florists not yours.
Anyway, it’s got retro furniture. B&W TV! How awesome? Irene, the owner, explains that the space is created for wedding consultations mostly. People in general appreciate the relax atmosphere when they shop here. People can talk to the florist. It’s got yellow chairs. Did I not listen to her about the atmosphere?
The variety of flowers are plenty to choose from. And Irene will help you in many way – from flowers selection to color combination. It is easy when she can suggest what kind of filler or green to use; what kind of vase or basket to use. Don’t worry. Flower is easy in this store. The florist listens!
